LadyJ ships to all locations within Australia. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We may update this policy in the future, so please check our website for any changes.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, which are 9am – 5pm AEDT, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods for your convenience. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas (please refer to our website for eligible locations).
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors like weather, public holidays, and carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. These costs are displayed at checkout, so you can review them before finalising your purchase.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with our shipping partner and provide support to help resolve the issue. Depending on the results, we may issue a replacement or refund, following our review of the situation.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. LadyJ is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at orders@ladyj.com.au. We can only accommodate address changes before an order is processed and shipped.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund as appropriate.
